For nearly 20 years, I've had the privilege of sharing my passion for livestock management with farmers across Australia (and occasionally overseas  ) through more than 200 hands-on workshops, reaching thousands of producers, feedlotters and agribusiness professionals. From small producer groups to large industry gatherings, I've worked alongside farmers across diverse locations, helping them tackle their individual challenges in animal nutrition, management systems and operational efficiency. Whether it's developing practical feeding strategies, designing and optimising containment systems, or fine-tuning mineral nutrition programs, my training approach focuses on delivering practical, immediately applicable solutions that make a genuine difference to farming operations and bottom-line results. This extensive experience working directly with agricultural communities has given me valuable insights into what works in practice, and I'm passionate about continuing to support producers through collaborative, evidence-based training that delivers real outcomes.
